Last Bits of Summer
I know many people who complained that our Canadian summer this year was too cold (as easy as it is to think Canada is always cold, in summer it can actually get unbearably hot!), but I for one loved the cool summer. During the day it was pleasant and at night it was cool enough to sleep without crazy amounts of fans and no covers. Honestly, it was the best combination we could have ordered. Maybe one day I will understand how people enjoy sweating out of every crevice of their body and living in jungle-like humidity, which is what happens in Toronto during a usual summer.
While our weather fluctuates and slowly descends into fall, I wanted to share the beauty of summer that I was able to see in the past few months. Nature, and more specifically forests, are one of my greatest love affairs in my life and they are pure eye candy, both in-person and on camera. Enjoy this return to summer!
